1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup açai or mangosteen juice
1 cup frozen cherries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup low-fat or fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 scoop vanilla-flavored whey protein
